In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing a Bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting our support team.

meme4 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where amendments are material, meme4 will provide reasonable advance notice via email or in-platform notification.

To register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. meme4 strictly enforces this age restriction in accordance with its responsible gaming obligations.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be listed on any government-issued self-exclusion register, gambling prohibition list, or sanctions list.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or close associate of meme4 or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game studios.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local law and where meme4 does not hold a valid operating licence. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must register using your own true and accurate personal details. The use of false identities, nominee accounts, or third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or via different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and permanent ban.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your national identity card, KTP, or passport)
• Date of birth
• Valid Indonesian mobile phone number
• Active email address
• Preferred local payment method (bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name)

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information at all times. Changes to your registered name, date of birth, or bank details require supporting documentation and must be submitted to our support team for review.

meme4 reserves the right to refuse any application for Account registration, at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

meme4 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time if meme4 reasonably suspects irregular account activity, potential fraud, or a breach of these Terms.

As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National identity card (KTP), passport, or Indonesian driving licence (SIM) — must be valid and not expired
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your name and residential address in Indonesia
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or photograph of the bank account, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja account registered in your name and used for deposits
• Source of Funds: In certain high-value cases, meme4 may request evidence of the source of funds used to fund your Account (e.g., payslip, business registration, or tax return)

All documents must be clear, legible, and submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. meme4 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours (WIB) of receiving all required documents. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until KYC is successfully completed.

Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of the initial request may result in Account restriction or closure, at meme4's discretion.

All financial transactions on meme4 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). meme4 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

6.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made using any of the following methods, provided the account or wallet is registered in your own legal name:

• Bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits made from accounts or wallets not registered in the User's own name will be rejected and returned to the originating source. meme4 does not charge a fee on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the meme4 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Standard processing times are as follows:

• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): within 5 minutes under normal operating conditions
• Bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others): within 15 minutes during banking hours; transfers submitted outside of standard Indonesian banking hours may be processed on the next business day

All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification (see Clause 5). meme4 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that appear irregular or exceed standard transaction thresholds.

meme4 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing members from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this clause.

• Each promotion applies to one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim a promotion multiple times through the creation of duplicate accounts constitute bonus abuse.
• Wagering Requirements must be met in full before any Bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any Bonus balance or associated wagering progress that has not been completed before the stated expiry will be removed automatically without prior notice.
• meme4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-cycle, any qualifying activity completed before cancellation will be assessed on a pro-rata basis.
• Bonuses are offered in good faith. Evidence of systematic exploitation, arbitrage, or collusion will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus funds and may result in permanent Account closure.
• The use of automated tools, bots, or scripts to claim or wager Bonus funds is strictly prohibited.

The following general rules apply to all Bets placed on the Platform. Specific rules for individual sports, game types, and markets are published in the dedicated rules section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• A Bet is considered accepted only once the Platform has confirmed the bet and issued a Bet ID. Bets placed during server disruptions or connectivity errors are void if not confirmed by the system.
• Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a Bet is confirmed. The odds applicable at the time of confirmation are the final odds for that Bet.
• meme4 reserves the right to void any Bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred. A pricing error is defined as odds that differ materially from the fair market price at the time of placement.
• All football betting markets — including 1X2, Asian Handicap, voor bola (handicap line), mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator), Over/Under, and Both Teams to Score — are subject to the official match result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (FIFA, AFC, PSSI for BRI Liga 1 and Timnas Indonesia matches).
• In-play bets are accepted at the sole discretion of meme4. Live odds are updated in real time; any Bet submitted during a market suspension will be rejected automatically.
• For togel (the traditional Indonesian numbers lottery), draw results are sourced from officially recognized draw operators. Results are final once published.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per Bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by event, market type, and User segment.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. meme4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in the conduct described below, and to withhold or forfeit any Funds associated with that Account:

• Creating or operating more than one Account
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using payment methods registered to another person
• Match fixing, collusion, or any form of corrupt betting activity
• Arbitrage betting designed systematically to exploit pricing discrepancies across markets
• Use of automated betting tools, bots, scrapers, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Money laundering or the use of meme4 for any unlawful financial purpose
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour directed at meme4 staff or other Users
• Any conduct that meme4 reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit or integrity of fair play

Where meme4 suspects criminal conduct, it reserves the right to report relevant information to appropriate law enforcement authorities in Indonesia or internationally, without prior notice to the User.

meme4 is committed to providing a safe and responsible betting environment. We offer the following tools to all registered Users free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your Account
• Loss Limits: Caps on the total losses you are permitted to sustain over a defined period
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session expiry after a defined period of continuous play
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying your current session duration and net result
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently

These tools can be activated immediately from your Account dashboard. Once a self-exclusion or limit reduction is activated, it takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the applicable cooling-off period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, meme4 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers (including Indonesian banks and e-wallet operators)
• Any technical error, pricing error, or system failure that results in the voiding of a Bet
• Any loss of data, Funds, or opportunity resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Reliance on any information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

meme4's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in that User's Account at the time the claim arises.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, software, and game content — is the property of meme4 or its content licensors (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any element of the Platform
• Use any meme4 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner that implies an endorsement or affiliation not expressly authorized by meme4
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform by automated means

Any unauthorized use of Platform content will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

meme4 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support. meme4 does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data subjects resident in Indonesia have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their personal data, subject to any legal retention obligations. Requests should be directed to [email protected].

meme4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at https://meme4.cam/terms-conditions, with the effective date displayed at the top of the page.

For material amendments — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — meme4 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining Funds.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which meme4 holds its international operating licence. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through meme4's internal complaints procedure (see Clause 16). If a dispute cannot be resolved through that procedure within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The seat of arbitration and the language of proceedings shall be determined by meme4 at its reasonable discretion.

Nothing in this clause prevents meme4 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent harm.
